So in English class we are starting poetry... i hate doing poetry in school.

Your love for her is golden,
Your love for life is more then the stars,
Your love for me,
is nothing...
You say you love me like a sister,
You say you want me in your life.
Why would you want me in your life,
When all I do is screw up.
You say you love having me around.
Your love isn't for me anymore,
Its for her...
You love her more then anyone,
Your love for her is golden.
Your love for me is none.

Your with her,
You say your in love again,
But this time its so real,

You keep on loving her,
And She loves you back.
I hope your happy with her,

As long as your happy,

I love your every little flaw,

I Keep You Out Because...

I love you,
it kills me to say it,
but I do.
I pretend to hate you,
so you cant ever get close.
I keep you out because...
because I don't want to be hurt again,
because I don't want to love again,
because your amazing in everything you do,
because your perfect in your own way,
because your smile makes me melt,
because your eyes invite me in,
because I need you.

I look around,
and I know,
this house is not a home.
Its not the place I grew up in,
Its not the place I want to be in.
Where am I,
if this isnt a home,
then what is it?

I Told Because I Love You

Please don't be mad,
She needed to know,
I couldn't live with myself if you actually did it.
I couldn't live knowing,
that you were gone because i didn't speak up.
So I told your mom.
I told her about your poems,
the ones about killing yourself.
Now you say you hate me,
you say you never want to talk to me again.
I told because I love you,
I always will,
Even if you hate me.

Truth About Lies

My life is a lie,
my world is a lie,
we are lies.
There is no truth in this world.
The truth is dead.
And so am I.
I am a lie,
I am death that has yet to come.
And thats the truth.

your eyes sparkle,
and yet,
she wont ever see you as more then just a friend.

Its hard to believe a year has gone by,
it seems like just yesterday you were with me,
with us.
I never pictured life without you,
Now your gone,
now my life is no longer complete.

Last night the tears poured like rain,
I got to thinking,
I don't love you anymore.
I don't need you anymore.
For the first time ever my heart is clear,
For the first time ever I want to see you with her.
I'm over you.

thinking about you.

Shes Beautiful

She's beautiful,
but shes the only one who doesn't see it.
Shes everything to me.
Shes like a little sister.
The sunrise cant compare to her beauty.
The stars are only a fraction of what she means to me.
She cant see her own beauty,
she acts like shes nothing,
when the truth is shes everything.

Eyes Of Pain

Truth lies beneath the lies,
You hide your pain well,
Until people see your eyes.
They show your true pain,
which hides behind your lies.
Your eyes fill with pain,
truth,
hate,
But they also fill with love,
love for the lies,
love for the pain,
love for the hate.
You cant live without pain,
your to use to it.
We both have eyes of pain...

Never Going To Belong

Theres a hole in my heart,
it cant be filled.
I'm simply never going to belong,
I'm simply never going to fit in,
I'm simply depressed.
Alone I sit and wait,
time slowly creeps by.
I'm alone,
even when a million people sorond me.
Im alone,
even when a million people hold me.
Im simply alone.
I don't belong here,
I'm never going to belong here,
no matter how much you try to make it work,
my heart isnt here,
I dont belong.

You left me alone to wonder,
just who you were.
You left me with a hole in my heart,
you were like that missing peice.
All I need now is you,
and maybe,
just maybe,
i'll be complete.
I need you to hold my hand,
guide me threw life,
which was unfairly cut short for you.
Hold my hand,
show me the way.
Show me the love,
that will never feel the same.

You asked me if I was okay with all this,
I said "I'm fine."
You asked me if it was going to be awkward,
I said, "no."
You asked me if you could date my best friend,
only a week after we broke up.
I said,
"Go ahead."
I lied. Its not fine.
It kills me to say it but I still love you,
I always will.
It breaks my heart to see you with her.
I hope your happy,
even though I'm not.
I couldnt break you the way you did me.

Growing Pains

I use to know you,
But now Its like looking like a stranger.
Your different,
I cant explain it,
You just are.
Or maybe it is I who has changed.
The farther we grow apart,
The worse I get.
I need you now more then ever,
when everything is changing,
I need you to stay the same.
Your causing me growing pains.
